AMAZI Goes To HIMA (AGTH) is one of the work programs of the Public Relations and Information (HUMINFO) division of AMAZI BEM FKM UNAIR. AGTH is carried out with the aim of establishing relationships with student associations in other universities. AGTH 2023 collaborated with the Nutrition Student Association of Sunan Ampel State Islamic University (HIMAGISA). AGTH was attended by all AMAZI BEM FKM UNAIR 2023 administrators and also HIMAGISA 2023 administrators. This activity was held on Friday (27/10/23) at 12.30 WIB to 15.40 WIB which took place at the Faculty of Psychology and Health, Sunan Ampel State Islamic University. The implementation of AGTH also supports one of the 17th SDG’s points, namely, Partnerships to Achieve Goals.
The activity was opened with remarks by the Chairperson of AMAZI and the Chairperson of HIMAGISA, then continued with a company profile video from each association. After that, the activity continued with the presentation of the work program from AMAZI and HIMAGISA. Then, each division of each association conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) between related divisions. This FGD session aims to exchange information about work programs, organizational culture, ways of working, and share tips in overcoming obstacles that exist in each division.
After the FGD session was over, all participants participated in an ice breaking session or games session. The games given were quizzes on nutrition knowledge and also paper suction games. Each group consisted of the same number of AMAZI and HIMAGISA administrators. Each group consisted of six people. The games session was welcomed by all AGTH participants who were filled with cheers and laughter. After the games session ended, the winners were announced and prizes were distributed. The event was closed with the awarding of vandals and a group photo by all participants.
